Please submit only one honoree per form. Up to two lines are allocated on banners for details of your honorees service OTHER than Police, Fire, Sheriff or EMS. Not all information may fit on banner. We will use our best judgement as to what information to include.
• Ensure your photo is High Resolution
• File should be a minimum of 300 dpi for a 4x6 photo,
smaller photos should be scanned at 600-1200 dpi or greater.
• Save files at maximum print/resolution settings for a JPG, PNG or PDF
with the honorees name. (Not "Dad's Pic", "image1", etc.
PLEASE NOTE: Photos from social media or websites are generally
low resolution and should not be used if possible.
